Hi everyone! I’m Mary.  I’m a recovering overthinker, and overextender.  Truthfully, it’s an on going process.  Surviving cancer twice is continuing to teach me the importance of listening to my body and I’m learning to love it for exactly where it is right now in this moment.   As a yoga instructor I hope to be able to create a space where we cultivate a kind inner voice, breathe a little deeper, and have a few laughs together. 

If you’re anything like me, you can find it easy to get swept away in all of our responsibilities in this fast paced world.  I’m teaching a breath and stretch class, where we practice staying present with our breath and connected to our bodies on our mat. It’s my intention that with practice of being present with ourselves, we can carry that off our mats and show up a little more relaxed, a little more aware, and a little less affected by the daily life stresses.  Plus, who doesn’t love a good stretch?
