Beth

Movo:Dance with Beth Noelle is a dynamically guided movement experience that inspires profound connection to, and development of, one's innate Body Wisdom. Classes are playfully engaging while at the same time grounding and healing.

Simple, yet effective, each experience is unique and a collaborative co-creation between facilitator and participants, each honoring what is needed in the moment for maximum benefit.

Every person carries within them a dancing flame of authentic aliveness. Movement fans the flame of that aliveness and can be a catalyst for a greater sense of intrinsic understanding, vitality and well-being, physically and otherwise.

For ALL bodies! No dance experience required!

MOVO is transformative, nourishing, juicy, invigorating, joyful, deep, and FUN!

Come! Experience the Magic of Movo:Dance!

"Dancing is my prayer, my devotional practice, my meditation. A side benefit is that it's also exercise. From my very first class with Beth, she reminded me of all of the reasons why to dance, and that I must in order to be fully me. Through her sometimes gentle, often wild ways, she has found the tendril of magic that awakened my dancing soul."

Gerry & Linda

We have been active members of the Smoky Mountain Shaggers of Knoxville, TN for over 13 years.  We have taught various levels of the Carolina Shag for 4 years at various locations throughout the Knoxville area.  Being active in the national Society of Shaggers headquartered in North Myrtle Beach SC keeps us learning new steps and connected with other Shag Clubs throughout the southeastern United States.  We invite you to come out and try this smooth and subtle fun dance.

Our Class

We will teach you the basics of the Carolina Shag in an easy, fun way.  Beginning with the basic 6 count step, to male and female turns, kick-ball-change, and other fun and easy steps.  In just a few classes you'll be shaggin' the night away with all your other shag friends.  Grab a friend or come alone. Let's dance!

Judy

I am a life-long learner and a believer in the importance of trying new things. In the fall of 2024, I graduated from a 200-hour yoga teacher training program and loved the challenge of taking yoga to a deeper level. I've been taking harp lessons for more than two years and now have an opportunity to provide a harp-centered guided relaxation class. I am also the founder of East Tennessee Tarot, a tarot club open to all interested individuals who wish to pursue tarot as a means to dive deeper into mysticism and spiritual discovery. I am also a licensed professional counselor specializing in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorders, skin picking and hair pulling behaviors.

If you would like to be a part of the tarot group, contact Judy DeKuehn at 940-300-9933, email us, or book online.

Tami

Where Sound meets Soul

Hi, I am Tami Sullivan. I’ve been immersed in the world of vibrational and sound healing for as long as I can remember. Growing up in the quiet outdoors of Oklahoma, I was surrounded by the music of nature and the influence of my musical grandfather. I have explored how tone, frequency, and mindful stillness support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

I will be offering sound sessions designed to help others slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find healing through resonance. My intention is simple: to create a space where people can breathe, release, and remember their own inner harmony.
