Chair Yoga
A gentle chair yoga practice for all levels and abilities. Wheelchair accessible and adaptable to what you need. Whether you're new to yoga, managing a disability, or simply prefer seated movement, practice from the comfort and stability of a chair.
Mindful Flow
A slow, mindful practice for people new to yoga or anyone wanting a gentler pace. We'll explore gentle movement and foundational poses with clear guidance and plenty of time to adjust.
Pregnancy & New Parent Yoga
Pregnant women and parents without babies are welcomed! Please bring your baby carrier, milk, water, and your baby’s favorite toys. Toys that make sound are welcomed and encouraged. Boundaries will be respected and each participant’s personal space will be protected and respected. What to expect: babies may cry and get fussy! We will flow through it! Babies may crawl around, but are encouraged to stay on the mat with you. Your baby may not let you try every pose or stretch, that’s okay, return to your practice when you and baby are ready. If anything, this may be a wonderful time for you and baby to socialize and make new friends!

Yin Yang
In Yin Yang begin with mindful, accessible movement to warm the body and build soft heat, then settle into longer-held Yin postures that target the connective tissues, hips, and spine. The class closes with restorative rest and integration, leaving you both grounded and revitalized. Suitable for all levels; props encouraged.

Those who have been told their body wasn’t made for yoga because of its size—this class is for you. This practice blends gentle movement, grounding breathwork, supportive modifications, and a calming guided meditation to help you feel safe, supported, and at home in your own skin. Every pose is an option, every pace is honored, and every body is welcomed with compassion. This performance-based stretch class uses straps and controlled movement to build strength at end range and improve joint integrity. Designed for active adults and athletes, this session enhances flexibility, stability, and recovery so you can move better, feel better, and live better.
Flow & Explore
Flow & Explore combines a 30-minute energizing Vinyasa flow with a 30-minute mini-workshop dedicated to deeper flexibility, arm balances, and inversions. We’ll start with a full-body Vinyasa flow warm-up, then shift into breaking down more challenging postures step-by-step. With targeted drills and props, you’ll focus on building progress week after week with zero expectation to land anything on day one! Perfect for students who are ready to sweat, play, and grow their practice over time.
Functional Strength Circuit
Energizing, efficient, and fun! Think timed stations with a variety of equipment (weights, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight moves) focused on building strength and balance for everyday life.
Slow Power
This class blends mindful strength with deep body awareness. Through slow, intentional movement, we explore where emotions and tension live in the body while cultivating trust, safety, and strength. You’ll move powerfully but gently, releasing stored energy and reconnecting to your inner resilience. Trauma-informed and deeply grounding, this class invites awareness, healing, and embodiment through breath-led flow and somatic practices.
Vinyasa Flow
Experience dynamic and fluid movement where breath and motion harmonize to create a powerful practice. Move through sequences that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a supportive environment.

Supportive practices that encourage release, softness, and recovery.
Rest and Restore
This class focuses on deep rest and nervous system reset. Using props to fully support your body, you'll settle into longer-held, deeply relaxing poses. Ideal for stress relief, recovery, or when you need to hit pause.
Triple Yin
A quiet place to pause, reconnect with a deeper sense of self, and come away refreshed and ready to look at life from a fresh perspective. Triple Yin (Guided Meditation with Harp) provides a 60-minute respite from an overcrowded central nervous system and a worried mind. Come find your inner peace and quiet.
Yin Yoga
This deeply restorative class focuses on long, slow holds of four to seven minutes per posture. By using gravity and time instead of force, the practice targets connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and tendons. Yin yoga encourages stillness, introspection, and deep release, helping improve joint mobility and circulation while calming the nervous system. This is an ideal class for stress relief, recovery, and emotional balance.
Yin Yoga + Sound Bath
In this nurturing class we will move through grounding yin poses thoughtfully chosen, releasing tension and creating space for energy to flow freely. A deeply immersive sound bath inspired by the soothing sounds of nature weave throughout, with sound instruments and vibrations that invite the mind to quiet and the body to soften.

Begin your week by turning gently inward This weekly class offers a soft, restorative space to settle the body, quiet the mind, and soother the spirit. Through calming guided breathwork, visual release practices, and the deep rest of Yoga Nidra, you'll be invited to let go of accumulated tension and stress. No striving, no performance - just an intentional return to stillness so you can move into the week feeling clearer, softer, and more grounded. All levels are welcome. Come as you are.

Meditation & Tea
Each week features a shifting theme dedicated to releasing the mental stress of daily life. Through a variety of guided practices, we'll explore topics like navigating difficult relationships, overcoming judgment, reclaiming your personal sovereignty, and cultivating deep self-acceptance. Every class offers a new perspective on how to protect your vitality, prevent burnout, and return to your natural state of inner peace. Throughout our practice, you'll also be introduced to ancient, intentional hand gestures called mudras to help channel your energy and deepen your focus. Mudras will be fully explained and demonstrated, and are completely optional.
Yoga Nidra
A guided meditation that ushers the body into deep states of relaxation. Known as "psychic sleep" or "alert rest," this type of meditation journeys into the mysterious realm lying between the conscious and dream state. This liminal space or hypnagogic state enables us to effortlessly harness the restorative power of delta brain waves which are typically found in deep, restful sleep. Regular practice of this ancient art contributes to a sense of inner peace and increased mental and physical well being.

Beyond the Mat: Deepening Your Understanding of Yoga
A one-hour, reflective offering where students explore the full depth of yoga beyond the physical practice. Bring your journal and dive into the eight limbs of yoga, including the yamas and niyamas, pranayama, meditation, and more. Together, we explore the rich history and philosophy of yoga, discussing how to embody yoga as a way of life rather than simply a series of poses. This class is designed to help you truly evolve as a yogi, cultivating awareness, intention, and a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.
downtempo:Biodynamic Group Session
In our spacious 2-hour group session, participants will move between sitting in meditation/quiet stillness, reposing in comfortable supportive “nests” of their own making on the floor, and lying on massage tables. In this biodynamic open session format, contact may be made with participants on the tables as moved by the greater field. The “work” is being worked through all present, whether or not touch contacts are made directly. We are in a group field that is informed by our presence.
East TN Tarot Club
A local group founded in January 2025 to offer a fun and informative place for individuals to bring curiosity and a desire to learn about the world of tarot. Its a community driven space where anyone who shows up is a co-creator and co-learner. No prior experience or knowledge of tarot is necessary. A fundamental value of our tarot club is that it's really welcoming and open to beginners. There is safety, inclusivity and zero expectations to "know" what any of the cards mean. If you've always wanted to learn more, this is your chance to explore and find out what you've been missing. Join us for a safe place to simply connect, practice, and learn from each other.
Ebb and Flow: Ladies Somatic Awareness & Book Club
A warm and supportive gathering where women come together to gently explore the wisdom of their bodies, emotions, and nervous systems. Through mindful movement, somatic practices, breathwork, and heartfelt conversation, we’ll navigate life’s natural rhythms—learning to listen deeply to ourselves, regulate our inner world, and build resilience with compassion and community. A donation-based community gathering that is accessible to anyone, regardless of their experience with astrology. This hour is a little more conversational and responsive, with foundational astrology, questions, current astrological weather, and whatever feels particularly relevant that month.

This 8-month series offers the groundwork and tools to begin building a personal relationship with astrology, not simply as something to learn, but as a rhythm and practice you can bring into your everyday life.
Intro to Traditional Chinese Medicine
For modern health join Dr. J. Blake Boring for a series of educational classes designed to help you better understand your body, improve your health naturally, and learn practical tools rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Curious about acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, or the principles behind holistic healing? In this class, you'll learn the foundational concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including: Qi (Vital Energy), Yin & Yang Balance, The Five Elements, How Acupuncture Works, Cupping Therapy, and Nutrition & Lifestyle Principles. You'll discover how these therapies work together to restore balance, support healing, and promote long-term wellness. New Moon Circle For Women
In this circle, we gather to move with the natural rhythm of the lunar cycle — a time of stillness, of turning inward, and of listening more deeply to the wisdom already within you. Based in astrology and mystical teachings, this circle explores the energetic themes of each new moon and the astrological month ahead, offering a sacred container for women to reconnect with their feminine cycles and intuitive nature. Together we will slow down and create space to reconnect with ourselves — through reflective journaling, creative exploration, embodied presence, and the power of circle sharing. We open and close in prayer and intention, held in a spirit of community and collective wisdom.Please bring your curiosity, open heart and a journal.
Tending the Soul: Intro to BioSpirituality
BioSpirituality is a somatic Christian prayer approach to tending the soul that integrates the noticing and nurturing of bodily wisdom to compassionately release stuck patterns and develop a sacred relationship with the body as a vessel for grace to flow. Gong Bath
A Gong Bath is a deeply immersive sound experience designed to support relaxation, stress relief, and inner balance. During this class, you’ll lie down comfortably (or sit in a chair) while the resonant tones of gongs and other healing instruments are played around you. Rather than water, the “bath” refers to being surrounded by sound waves. These vibrations can help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite a meditative state where the body can rest and restore naturally. This practice is suitable for anyone looking to unwind, reset, and reconnect.
Sacred Song Circle
Circle singing is an age-old tradition of building community through song and vibration! We support you in reconnecting to your authentic embodied voice through vocal play and simple songs that are both meditative and playful. When we sing, every cell is singing. When we sing communally, we create deep loving bonds with one another through our common song.
Sound Bath
Slow down and reconnect with your inner self through the healing power of sound. This immersive journey encourages deep relaxation, allowing participants to breathe, release tension, and rediscover their natural state of harmony.

Parent's Night Out
A monthly drop off event held the second Friday of every month from 5:30 to 9:30 pm, welcoming children ages 3 and up who are fully potty trained. The evening includes yoga, mindfulness, games, music, storytelling, and a cozy wind down, all thoughtfully designed to cultivate kindness, connection and emotional awareness. Dinner is provided. Early registration is encouraged.
