My names Daelyn and I have been practicing for 6-7 years and teaching for about 8 months! I bring passion and enthusiasm to every yoga session, making practice both fun and effective. With a focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence, I guide students through moves that challenge the body and refresh the mind. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to level up, my classes are all about feeling great and enjoying the journey. Let’s move, stretch, and grow together!

“Yogalates” is a fusion workout blending the flexibility, breathwork, and mindfulness of Yoga with the core strength, controlled movements, and posture focus of Pilates, creating a low-impact, full-body exercise that builds strength, improves balance, enhances flexibility, and promotes relaxation.
