  4. The instructor acknowledges the mission statement of the CYC:

At The Community Yoga Center (CYC) we believe that wellness is a fundamental right and should be accessible to all. Our mission is to create a nurturing and inclusive space where individuals of all backgrounds can explore the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and somatic therapies. By offering free or low-cost classes and wellness experiences, we aim to empower our community to cultivate mindfulness, enhance physical and mental well-being, and foster a deep sense of connection with oneself and others. We are dedicated to promoting holistic health, resilience, and harmony within our community, inspiring every individual to embark on their personal journey toward wellness and self-discovery.
