Her approach is holistic and compassionate, meeting each person at their unique physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Tristen’s yoga journey began at the age of 12, sparked by an early fascination with India and Hindu philosophy. She attended her first yoga class in 2006 at a local community center in Knoxville, where she immediately felt a deep connection to the practice. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 under the guidance of Heather Hutcheson and Zak Stinnett and has since taught a diverse range of classes, blending mindful movement, anatomical awareness, and energetic exploration.

Outside of her professional work, Tristen enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and animals, immersing herself in nature, listening to music, reading, and continually expanding her knowledge across a wide range of subjects.

Classes Offered:

Slow Flow Chakra Yoga + Yoga Nidra (75 Minutes)

This 75-minute class offers a slow flow designed to balance the body’s chakra system while cultivating breath awareness and thoughtful movement. The first 60 minutes move at an unhurried pace, building heat and stability as postures are intentionally sequenced to support each energetic center—from grounding and strength to heart-opening, expression, and intuitive awareness. Options to deepen your asana are offered throughout, making the practice accessible for all levels.

The final 15 minutes are dedicated to guided Yoga Nidra, allowing students to fully rest and integrate the practice. This deeply restorative experience supports nervous system regulation, releases tension, and leaves students feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
