Classes Offered:
Pregnancy & Yoga for New Moms (Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga)
This nurturing class is designed to support both expecting and new mothers through the beautiful transitions of pregnancy and postpartum life. Prenatal yoga focuses on gentle strength, breath, and mobility to support the changing body and prepare for birth. Postpartum yoga helps rebuild core strength, restore balance, and encourage healing after delivery. Babies are welcome in the postpartum portion as long as they are not yet walking. This class offers a supportive space for connection, self-care, and gentle movement for both mom and baby.
Slow Power & Somatic Yoga
This class blends mindful strength with deep body awareness. Through slow, intentional movement, we explore where emotions and tension live in the body while cultivating trust, safety, and strength. You’ll move powerfully but gently, releasing stored energy and reconnecting to your inner resilience. Trauma-informed and deeply grounding, this class invites awareness, healing, and embodiment through breath-led flow and somatic practices.
Four Count Flow
An upbeat, rhythmic yoga class that moves with breath, repetition, and melody. Each sequence follows a steady four-count rhythm, creating a flowing and meditative experience through movement. Over time, the repetition becomes grounding and transformative, allowing the body and breath to work together in an almost musical way. This class is energizing, joyful, and deeply centering all at once.
Weekly Nutrition & Weight Loss Group (Lunch Included)
This educational and supportive weekly gathering blends conversation, nourishment, and practical learning. Each week we break down nutrition myths, answer questions, and explore how the body uses food as fuel and building material for tissues, energy, and overall health. Students will enjoy a balanced lunch featuring all six tastes, along with a take-home recipe each week. This group offers a realistic, compassionate approach to healthy weight management and long-term wellness.
Yin Yoga (90 Minutes)
This deeply restorative class focuses on long, slow holds of four to seven minutes per posture. By using gravity and time instead of force, the practice targets connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and tendons. Yin yoga encourages stillness, introspection, and deep release, helping improve joint mobility and circulation while calming the nervous system. This is an ideal class for stress relief, recovery, and emotional balance.
Monthly Reiki Share (First Friday of Every Month)
Open to Reiki practitioners of all levels and anyone curious about energy work. This welcoming gathering offers hands-on practice, shared experiences, and gentle education about Reiki and intention. Whether you’re newly attuned or simply interested in learning more, this is a supportive space for connection, learning, and healing energy.
